The disease can progress in many ways \u2013 anything from symptom-free to severe pneumonia. In 80% of cases, the disease is mild to moderate. You can ask your family doctor or <\/span><span class=\"\">vaccination centres in your area to do this<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">What does testing involve?<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">When you get tested for COVID-19 a swab is taken from your pharynx via your mouth or nose using a cotton bud. In the case of a rapid test, the results will be available within minutes. A PCR test, on the other hand, takes longer; the swab will be sent to a laboratory to be evaluated, which takes place within 24 hours.
